The suspect at one point faced his arms and hands towards the Officers as if he may have had a weapon that he intended to use, this was the look of the stance he assumed in the video, at this time shots were fired. 2. To allegations of police conduct I would have to say that it could not be immediately determined because it looked from this view that it is possible the suspect had a weapon and actually pointed towards the officers with the position and stance he took during the altercation.
